orders are delivered via Israel post (tracked) and arrive to the Israel post office near you.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has shipped, Dusk Jewelry is not responsible for postal delays or lost packages. However, if something goes wrong, please reach out to us at duskjewelryshop@gmail.com , and we’ll do our best to help you locate your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Dusk Jewelry, every piece is handcrafted with care — and we want you to love it as much as we loved making it. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging.

  • Please contact us at duskjewelryshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return before sending your item back.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end or a defective product.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or item? No problem! We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

  • To start an exchange, email us at duskjewelryshop@gmail.com, and we’ll guide you through the simple steps.

  • If the desired item isn’t available, we’ll happily offer a store credit or refund instead.

Returns Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for peace of mind.
